After our initial phone call where we get to know each other a little, I like to set up a site meeting to walk thru the project. I charge a nominal fee for this meet and greet as I will spend an hour offering up ideas and advice based on my 20 plus years of experience. Once I see your project, I can customize a fee structure that works best for your project. There is no ”one size fits all.”

When I consult with a potential project, several factors help to determine if it will be a good fit for me and my team. The most important factor to consider is whether or not it is a good personality fit. Projects go on for months and in some cases years, so it’s important to ensure that we would work well together.

My team will manage the process from the design phase, through the procurement phase in which we place and manage orders, schedule warehouse deliveries, manage contractors and supervise installations.

My process includes sourcing from “trade only” vendors, buying from International and National brands and creating custom pieces. I am also sensitive to the repurposing of prized possessions. While being mindful of individual budgets we are unfortunately not the “design on a dime” design firm that is often represented on TV.
